after a seven month hiatus I'm returning to the intertubes of Deviantart. It's been a bit of a rough patch, loosing my Aunt in the summer and a truly brutal term at school.I've scraped by and am prepared to approach the new year with cautious optimism.

In short, I stopped posting due to family stuff and got so bogged down that I never started up again. Now, after exams, labs, projects, travel, personal crises, and a Christmas vacation where my mom was disintegrating over my sister moving in with her boyfriend I'm finally back. My mindset is still not the best, but I really WANT to start posting again.

Call it a new years resolution, but I've decided to be more invested in the community here. It may be goofy and shallow at times, but it's a lot of fun. Also, I'm getting over my paralyzing fear of revealing any personal details of my life online, so I might actually be able to update my journal with things that are happening to me, rather than just talking about my latest work.

On that note, I have follow ups planned for most of my big pieces, some new fannons I want to try out, and maybe even some original stuff.
